Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Before Project Start:
    If the project has not yet started (i.e., no work has been done), a full refund will be issued.
  • Within the Initial Design Phase:
    If a refund request is made within 7 days of the initial payment and before final approval of the first design concept, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable administrative or design hours already used.
  • After Approval or Development Begins:
    Once a design concept is approved, or development work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Domain name registrations
  • Third-party app/plugin costs
  • Custom development or integrations
  • Rush projects or expedited timelines
Project Abandonment

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days during an active project, the project will be marked as abandoned, and no refund will be provided. Reactivation may be subject to a fee.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is considered a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.
